1. What's involved in creating an Honoring Space for my loved one? Creating the physical environment includes gathering items that are meaningful to the individual. They may own the items or someone else may loan them to the individual to create the honoring space. Clients may choose to purchase items recommended by Honoring Spaces. If so, clients incur the costs for the items purchased. Honoring Spaces is happy to assist clients in sourcing all of the items whether they're owned, on loan or purchased. Honoring Spaces charges an hourly rate of $75 per hour. Clients will be provided a written estimate in advance for approval before any work begins. Honoring Spaces bills monthly and payment is requested w/in 30 days of receipt. We use PayPal for financial transactions.

We work with clients anywhere in the world and the initial consultation can be done a) in person, b) virtually via a phone call or c) virtually via a Zoom video call. Responding to the assessment before we connect is helpful and seeing the physical environment during the initial visit whether it is n person or virtually is most helpful though not required.
4. What do you mean by rituals, routines, and experiences? These can be any activity that brings the individual and their caregivers comfort from: a) scheduling a foot massage, b) planning morning coffee or happy hour once a week with friends, c) inviting a musician in every other Tuesday, d) scheduling a visit with a comfort dog. These are just a few simple examples. There are many more and we're only limited by our creativity and the individual's condition, needs and desires.
